Hank Kelly, Ph.D.

Dr. Hank Kelly is a graduate of the Air Force Academy and retired from the Air Force.  He has a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering and a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership.  Hank has served in higher education in roles such as Director of Distance Education, Assistant Vice President, and Vice President. Hank specializes in online and adult education programs, strategic planning, enrollment management, and general higher education administration.
